BONNEVILLE WORLDWIDE, INC. / bonspeed Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured by bonspeed Wheels will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from retail purchase. Surface rust can be prevented by proper care and is not covered by this warranty. bonspeed Wheels SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at bonspeed Wheels sole discretion, without charge any bonspeed Wheels product that does not conform to this warranty and is returned, with a copy of the original sales receipt or other satisfactory evidence of date purchase to the dealer from whom the product was originally purchased or to bonspeed Wheels. Attention: Warranty Return Center (freight prepaid). Such repair or replacement shall not include removal or installation.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BONNEVILLE WORLDWIDE, INC. / bonspeed Wheels HAVE ANY OTHER LIABILITY, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty is not applicable to bonspeed Wheels products if:
A. Damage occurred due to failure to follow the complete instructions printed on each box.
B. Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance.
C. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road condition.
D. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of racing applications.
BONNEVILLE WORLDWIDE, INC. / bonspeed Wheels HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IT SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER OF ANY bonspeed Wheels PRODUCT TO PERFORM WHATEVER TESTS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY BY SAID PURCHASER TO DETERMINE THE COMPATIBILITY OF ANY bonspeed Wheels PRODUCT IN WHATEVER APPLICATION SAID PURCHASER IS USING THE PRODUCT.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY GIVEN BY bonspeed Wheels AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
